Withdraw from your contract
If you bought Shotbolt Pro or a Shotbolt Link subscription, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days with the form below. You do not need to give a reason. You get a full refund.
Withdrawing or canceling
Withdrawing is not the same as canceling.
- Canceling a Shotbolt Link subscription stops its next renewal. You keep Shotbolt Link until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel in Polar's customer portal or in Settings → Shotbolt Link.
- Withdrawing ends the purchase now and gives you your money back.

Shotbolt Team is sold to businesses and is not covered. Free use, the trial and Founding keys cost nothing, so there is nothing to withdraw from.
Your purchase was made through Polar Software, Inc., 3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, United States, which sells Shotbolt as merchant of record and reseller. You can withdraw here or with Polar; either is enough.

What happens after you withdraw
- We email you a confirmation straight away, with what you withdrew from and the date and time we received it.
- We refund everything you paid, including tax, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the payment method you used. The refund is made through Polar. You pay no fees for it.
- Pro: your license key is revoked. Shotbolt keeps working as Free on your Mac, and nothing on your Mac is deleted.
- Shotbolt Link: your subscription ends. Your links keep working for 60 days, then follow the rules of the plan you fall back to. You can download or delete any link at any time.

You can also withdraw by emailing support@shotbolt.app with a clear statement, or by sending us the model withdrawal form below. It is enough to send it before the 14 days end. You may also contact Polar.
